Leading the Damascus branch, Mr. Taha Masto is responsible for developing the local market and expanding the customer base, while upholding the company’s high standards of quality and service.

Dr. Taher has extensive experience in negotiating with international partners, organizing travel and shopping from foreign factories, which supports business continuity and contributes to strengthening Masto Steel’s position in the local and regional market.

1970s–1980s | Established a strong presence in the Syrian market and built a robust network of relationships with contractors and suppliers.
1990s | Expanded operations to cover broader sectors within construction and infrastructure development.
2000 | Marked a major turning point as the company shifted from supplying small-scale projects to executing and supplying large-scale projects in both public and private sectors—demonstrating its ability to compete in strategic, high-impact ventures.
Today | The company is moving steadily toward industrial transformation through the establishment of steel production plants and expansion into heavy industries—guided by a strategic vision extending to 2030.
